What Is Growing Heart? ~
Growing Heart was established after my great understanding of the importance of feelings in creating nurturing and supporting connection with others. The notion of being in a supportive and fully accepting relationship enables people to thrive and blossom.
Growing Heart therapy focuses on removing your limiting beliefs to form healthy emotional relationships firstly with yourself, and then, with others. The goal of the therapy is to heighten one’s awareness in order to provide a choice in doing something differently.
In Growing Heart therapy you will be able to identify and explore your painful feelings, understand your individual needs, name and shift your general blocks and experience over all positive changes in the body, mind and spirit.
Deep in our wounds are seeds, waiting to grow beautiful flowers

Values
Intuition
A phenomenon of the mind and heart. Intuition is the ability to acquire knowledge without the use of traditional reasoning. The word “intuition” comes from Latin verb intueri translated as consider or from late middle English word intuit, “to contemplate”.
Growing Heart gives you the time, the space, and the invitation to contemplate and give rise to greater knowledge.
Honesty
Honesty and truthfulness go hand-in-hand and will enable you to gain the most out of therapy. Gregory strives to be straightforward and clear in his communication and holds honesty with the highest of integrity. Being loyal, fair and sincere is what Gregory is about.
“Honesty is more than not lying. It is truth telling, truth speaking, truth living, and truth loving.”
James E. Faust
Safety
In psychology, emotional safety refers to an emotional state achieved in attachment relationships where each individual is open and vulnerable.
Safety is the state of being “safe” (from French sauf). It is feeling protected from harm. Gregory takes enormous care and effort to offer a safe physical, social, spiritual, emotional, and psychological space for therapy.
