Gestalt Therapy is a holistic approach, which focuses upon your experience in the present moment.

The goal is for you to enhance your awareness of what you are doing and how you are doing it. It is through this awareness that change can occur.

In Gestalt Therapy there is a strong emphasis on self-fulfilment and the development of authenticity and self-responsibility.

Through Gestalt therapy, you  learn to discover feelings that may have been suppressed or masked by other feelings and to accept and trust your emotions.

Through this process, you gain a new sense of self as overall awareness increases.

Ultimately, Gestalt Therapy helps people gain a better understanding of how their emotional and physical needs are connected.

“If you’re ready to commit to digging deep, working on yourself and stepping into your best self, I highly recommend Gregory.”
